Tai Chi Chuan means Supreme Ultimate Fist. Chi Kung means Energy Exercises. They are both ancient systems of exercise for the body and mind. There are plenty of slow movements that use the entire body and mind to increase energy, strength, coordination, balance, improve memory, and have fun.
What kind of person would enjoy and benefit from Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung?
Someone who wants to maintain functions of body and mind, and is ready to do a little practice each day in order to remember and improve. Each memory and improvement leads to more benefits and joy. Classes are traditionally held outdoors, and I teach in Park Golda, on Rehov Hare Golan, inside the Kinneret circle, on Wednesdays 9:00 and 19:00. Each class is 10 shekels. Private lessons are also available.
