It’s strawberry season. Now is the time to buy them cheap. You can eat them fresh or freeze them for later and make some nifty desserts. (Check Google for how best to freeze them.) Did you know that strawberries are packed with vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants and more? They are a good source of manganese and potassium. Just one serving – about eight strawberries – provides more vitamin C than an orange!
